How it works
When ordering Moscow Pass from the website you can choose delivery address in Moscow. Our courier will deliver the pass to your hotel or any other address within Moscow.
Moscow Pass is valid for 3 days after the date of activation. Once you activate your pass at the first museum or attraction, you will have 3 days to make use of the included services and benefits. Please note that some partners accept the pass only after validation.
For discounts and benefits you just need to present the pass to the company representative.
Online
You can book your Moscow Pass card online at www.moscowpass.com, having paid it by credit card. After you order the Moscow Pass card online you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase and the opportunity to choose shipping addres in Moscow. If you live in another area, you can exchange your confirmation voucher for Moscow Pass card at our office: Moscow, L'va Tolstogo St., 23/7 build. 3 (please call us 8 800 333 99 11 beforehand). Shipping is available on weekdays from 11 am to 8 pm.
