After earning her Ph.D. in psychology, Irina discovered her passion for storytelling and transitioned into journalism. She worked as a columnist for several renowned magazines, writing about mental health, personal growth, and social issues.

Irina is also the author of two best-selling books that explore the intersection of psychology and modern life.
