Irina Zhuravleva je psycholožka a novinářka s více než 15 lety zkušeností v obou oblastech. Svou kariéru zahájila jako klinická psycholožka se specializací na vztahové poradenství a emoční pohodu. Po získání doktorátu z psychologie Irina objevila svou vášeň pro vyprávění příběhů a přešla k žurnalistice. Pracovala jako sloupkařka pro několik renomovaných časopisů, kde psala o duševním zdraví, osobním růstu a sociálních otázkách.

Irina je také autorkou dvou bestsellerů, které se zabývají propojením psychologie a moderního života. Vedle psaní se nadále věnuje soukromému poradenství a často vystupuje jako hostující řečník na mezinárodních konferencích. Díky své jedinečné schopnosti spojovat vědecké poznatky s poutavým vyprávěním se stala důvěryhodným hlasem v oblasti psychologie i médií.
