The museum exposition occupies the entire house of Arbat. On the ground floor you can find prints, watercolors, original subjects of the nineteenth century, telling about the theaters, shops, musical life, artists, writers and poets, whom Pushkin knew personally. Special space is given to books, almanachs, journals of Pushkin’s time, Moscow editions of the poet. On the first floor there is a memorial center of museum, his heart is Pushkin’s rooms. He brought his young wife after the wedding here, to this safe place. Here they lived the first three months of a happy family life.
