Irina Zhuravleva is psycholoog en journalist met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring op beide gebieden. Ze begon haar carrière als klinisch psycholoog, gespecialiseerd in relatiecounseling en emotioneel welzijn. Nadat ze haar Ph.D. in psychologie had behaald, ontdekte Irina haar passie voor verhalen vertellen en stapte ze over naar de journalistiek. Ze werkte als columniste voor verschillende gerenommeerde tijdschriften en schreef over geestelijke gezondheid, persoonlijke groei en sociale kwesties.

Irina is ook de auteur van twee bestsellers over het raakvlak tussen psychologie en het moderne leven.
