Irina Zhuravleva är psykolog och journalist med över 15 års erfarenhet inom båda områdena. Hon började sin karriär som klinisk psykolog och specialiserade sig på relationsrådgivning och känslomässigt välbefinnande. Efter sin doktorsexamen i psykologi upptäckte Irina sin passion för historieberättande och övergick till journalistik. Hon arbetade som kolumnist för flera kända tidskrifter och skrev om mental hälsa, personlig utveckling och sociala frågor.

Irina är också författare till två bästsäljande böcker som utforskar skärningspunkten mellan psykologi och det moderna livet. Vid sidan av sitt författarskap fortsätter hon att ge privata rådgivningssessioner och framträder ofta som gästtalare vid internationella konferenser.
